Shooting student in classroom: Teacher sent to jail
A Sirajganj court has ordered the imprisonment of Dr. Raihan Sharif, a Community Medicine lecturer at Shaheed M Mansur Ali Medical College and Hospital, following the incident of a student shot inside a classroom. At least 18 houses and two cattle were burnt to ash in another devastating fire in Karnaphuli upazila of Chattogram early on Tuesday (5 March).
