Despite paying registration and other fees, a total of 14 out of 22 students of a school could not sit for this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations that began on Thursday in Gafargaon upazila of Mymensingh. A Chattogram court has issued arrest warrant against Chattogram-10 MP Mohiuddin Bachchu in a case filed by the Election Commission for violating electoral code of conduct during the 12th Jatiya Sangsad elections. The Bangladesh Bank (BB) has introduced US dollars and currency (taka) swap between the central bank and commercial banks for a minimum of seven days to a maximum of 90 days.
